Booking a serviced apartment with Short Stay Group is straightforward whether you need a weekend city break, a month-long work assignment or temporary housing during a relocation. This guide walks you through each step, from choosing a city to arriving at your apartment.
Short Stay Group manages more than 500 apartments across Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris and The Hague. You can search availability on the Short Stay Group homepage or contact our reservations team for personal advice.
How to book step by step
- Choose your city and dates. Use the booking search on our homepage to select Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris or The Hague, then enter your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests.
- Compare apartment types. Studios suit solo travellers. One- and two-bedroom units work well for couples, families or colleagues sharing. Check floor plans and amenities on each property page before you confirm.
- Review what is included. Every stay includes Wi-Fi, fresh linen and a fully equipped kitchen. Many properties offer weekly housekeeping, and add-ons such as airport transfers or extra cleaning can be arranged on request. See our services page for a full overview.
- Confirm your reservation. Complete the booking online or speak to our reservations team if you need a corporate rate, multiple units or a stay longer than a few weeks. For assignments of one to six months, ask about SSG Resident pricing.
- Receive check-in details. Before arrival you will get clear instructions on how to access the building, where to collect keys and who to contact if your plans change.
What to expect at check-in
Most apartments offer flexible check-in times. Where there is a reception desk, staff can greet you on arrival, answer local questions and help with luggage. At self-check-in properties, you receive a code or key collection point in advance.
Inside, you will find a furnished living space ready to use: beds made up, towels in the bathroom and kitchen equipment for preparing meals. If anything is missing or you need extra supplies, our team is available around the clock.
Choosing the right stay length
Short stays of a few nights suit city breaks and project visits. Stays of two to four weeks work well for training programmes, renovations at home or extended business travel. Relocations and temporary housing often run from one to six months, where serviced apartments cost less per night than hotels and give you room to settle in properly.
